The crime is Philly is at an all time high and the murder rate is one of the worst in the U.S. Most of them are cops! The criminals are not afraid anymore and are shooting anything that gets in their way. About 4 cops died last year, and this year 2 cops have already been shot and killed. The new story is about a boy who was riding his bike and a bunch or jerks who thought it would be SO funny to do drive by paintball shootings and because of that a boy lost his eye and the jerks that did the crime are hiding and not taking responsibility to it. The fact is Philadelphia used to be the city of brotherly love now it is the city of duck and run.

Jim, I don't mean to be a bit of an itch, but this topic is constantly touched on and people will all agree with you unless they're the ones being violent: OF COURSE the streets need to be safer.
